Our initial consultation typically lasts 30 minutes and takes place on-site, where you will have the opportunity to discuss your vision and landscaping ideas with one of our professionals. Following our discussion, if we determine that your project is a good fit for our landscaping team, we will proceed with the design and quoting process.
Once you have decided to partner with Red Bear, our owner and team will collaborate closely with you to refine designs, select stones and plant materials, and procure any other necessary items for your project. While our detailed CAD drawings, accompanied by various images, often meet our clients’ visual requirements, we also offer 3D design options for those seeking a more immersive experience.
Our approach to landscape design is rooted with the intent to bring your vision to life. To demonstrate our commitment to your project, we offer a discount on design fees upon agreement to work with Red Bear.

We will often meet at one of our suppliers to assist with the selection and show samples of the material that will be a part of your new landscape, this is a must in larger projects and it is all a part of our service.
