This individual understands attention to detail and successfully leads and motivates a small team daily. Working in the field with their crew, your team is responsible for roles such as garden improvements, new plant installations, property maintenance, lawn renovation (sodding and seeding), and other small landscaping projects.

This individual need not be experienced but should be comfortable with communication with our clients on a regular basis in the field, have comfort in working with power equipment, love the outdoors and physically be up to the challenges associated with the landscaping. Applicants MUST be licensed and expect a driving abstract review. experience in driving a truck/trailer combination is expected.

Hours – typically 40 per week, Monday through Friday. However, during peak times a willingness to work hours beyond the norm will be required. No Sundays but there will be the occasional Saturday. We also offer bonus opportunities.

Hourly Compensation rate of $24-26 pending qualifications. 

Seeking a motivated, full-time property maintenance professional to be responsible for clients’ properties; experience is not required as training is provided. This candidate will be expected to work in the field daily with one assistant and, at times, more. This individual must be personable and comfortable with meeting clients to discuss specific property details to maintain these properties to the superior standards is expected.

Individuals with the ability to make small repairs and maintain our field equipment: mowers, trimmers, landscape equipment, small engines, and being comfortable with operating all of the mentioned equipment will be given greater consideration. Individuals who meet the following requirements should apply for this position.

A keen interest in working outdoors, attention to detail, and comfortable with operating power equipment

Clean drivers abstract and comfortable driving trucks with large trailers

Able to get to and from our location in Kitchener and work flexible hours, with a start time of 7am

The position is available April through November. Winter employment is also a possibility for the right candidate.

Hourly rates of $25-$27 depending on qualifications.

This individual should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in landscaping, landscape design, or similar hands-on construction, such as carpentry or masonry. Applicants MUST hold a valid driver’s license and be prepared to have their driving abstract reviewed. Experience driving a truck-and-trailer combination is required.

Hourly compensation ranges from $27 to $ 30, depending on qualifications.

This individual need not have experience in landscaping, but must be comfortable with hard, physically demanding work.
