To initiate the process, we invite you to submit your request online. Following this, we will reach out via email, often accompanied by a questionnaire or an invitation to a meeting, to ensure that your project aligns with our expertise and capabilities. This initial step allows us to determine if your project is a good fit for the skills at which we excel.

Our initial consultation typically lasts 30 minutes and takes place on-site, where you will have the opportunity to discuss your vision and landscaping ideas with one of our professionals. We value your input and will carefully listen to your plans while offering our insights and recommendations. Following our discussion, if we determine that your project is a good fit for our landscaping team, we will proceed with the design and quoting process.

Once you have decided to partner with Red Bear, our owner and team will collaborate closely with you to refine designs, select stones and plant materials, and procure any other necessary items for your project. While our detailed CAD drawings, accompanied by various images, often meet our clients’ visual requirements, we also offer 3D design options for those seeking a more immersive experience.

Our approach to landscape design is rooted with the intent to bring your vision to life. To demonstrate our commitment to your project, we offer a discount on design fees upon agreement to work with Red Bear.
